Still not those, I'll give yet another clue at 8 if nobody gets it and I apologize for the current clues lack of info.
Clue 2B says it's "organic" and I'm fairly sure that's accurate. But Aaron may Re-answer because I'm not including handheld as "main" series

You're getting closer
Clue #2: This object so to speak, appears in 2 main series games and is needed to progress through certain levels
Clue #2A: One example of it usage is when there's no platform below
Clue #2B: When I say "object so to speak" I mean it's more of an organic thing
Clue #2C: This is also used to reach high surfaces/places
Clue #2D: This is first seen in Rayman 1

Nope! That also appears in The Cave of Skops, though you're not cutting ropes since you're on top of it.

Oh yeah that's right, it's different though because it has no ropes but it's the same sprite. Either way it's still wrong

Clue #3a: This event is in Candy Chateau, and is normally unseen by the player.
