It's probable that no one has shown it. I'd like to see it!globolk wrote:FREAKIN' SERVERS!!!!also, has someone already posted ''i've got a filling'' from el fiesta de los muertos? it's a VERY interesting murfy level, and i will post it tomorrow if it hasn't already been posted.

I don't think we've seen that level yet. I'd love to see it.globolk wrote:FREAKIN' SERVERS!!!!also, has someone already posted ''i've got a filling'' from el fiesta de los muertos? it's a VERY interesting murfy level, and i will post it tomorrow if it hasn't already been posted.
Here's something I decided to do, I counted all the possible levels that could be in Back to Origins, not counting Electoon levels, because they're not really worthy of becoming real levels, and levels with the Nymphs in them, as it seems that they aren't using those. Here are my findings (Copypasted from Tumblr):
Jibberish Jungle and Ticklish Temples: 13 possible levels. A lot of possibilities so far, but some will have to be cut out.
Desert of Dijiridoos and Grumbling Grottos: 12 possible levels. Still pretty good.
Gourmand Land and Luscious Lakes: 9 Possible levels. 1 level will have to be cut.
Sea of Serendipity and Angsty Abyss: 9 Possible levels. Again, 1 level must be cut.
Mystical Pique and Moody Clouds: Exactly 8 levels. That’s two Tricky Treasure levels and two Moskito levels.
This game is basically going to make Origins a completely obsolete game, because they're taking pretty much all the best levels of it and making them better.
Re: Rayman Legends
I do believe that after the release of RL, RO will be pushed to a corner and in a matter of months nobody else is talking about Origins anymore. The RO thread died pretty quickly too.
Re: Rayman Legends
I think same. However I myself will not forget about it for long time because I will most likely remaster RO Let's Play in future since I am not happy how I did it. It will also include guest commentators but only because original one did and it would be unfair for remastered version not to have, but it will be post commentary after recording since I want to record it with good gameplay without dying too many times and if I do start dying I must restart. Plus not to mention that now I use 360 controller on PC so gameplay will already be better then in regular version I made.

Re: Rayman Legends
It won't be obsolete if Legends doesn't include the boss battle against the Dragon Chef. It's probably my favorite boss battle in the entire series.

Re: Rayman Legends
Considering that they only have 9 levels to work with for Gourmand Land, I doubt they'll get rid of one of the most memorable things in the game. They'll probably get rid of a Moskito level or a Tricky Treasure level. They also said that the Back to Origins mode was a "best of Rayman Origins" mode, so I doubt they'd cut it.sergiomonty wrote:It won't be obsolete if Legends doesn't include the boss battle against the Dragon Chef. I hope these Origins levels' Murphy-Changes are good. I've played Origins a thousand times, so if all the levels are too unchanged it might get dull for me....

Re: Rayman Legends
From what I've seen, the levels are the same basic layouts, but with lots of stuff to accommodate the fact that you have to get 600 Lums, so there's destroyable plants, a few extra enemies, and of course, ten Teensies to save. I don't really mind, Origins was a bloody fantastic game, and seeing the already beautiful art style of Origins translated into Legends style just makes me happy.TheTempurmental wrote:I hope these Origins levels' Murphy-Changes are good. Yeah, I agree, I'm just worried that I might find a part of the game boring, but it's not likely!Bionichute wrote:From what I've seen, the levels are the same basic layouts, but with lots of stuff to accommodate the fact that you have to get 600 Lums, so there's destroyable plants, a few extra enemies, and of course, ten Teensies to save. BTW the music in "What the Duck?!" is frikin' sweet!
Re: Rayman Legends
I'm pretty sure most if not all bosses from Origins will be in Legends. Also I want to add how Rayman bows when Murfy arrives to assist is a fantastic touch.

Re: Rayman Legends
Here's a neat little interview from Joystiq. They talk about the stealth levels and the overall flow of the game, and I'm pretty sure one of the dudes stealthily insults New Super Mario Bros at one point. There's also some funny bloopers at the end.
Can I just say I need a gif of The Magician laughing?

Spoilers above in that video! (Not really but it does show the entire Luchador fight) It also confirms [that all Magician clones do get shot into the moon , which we already established, but each Magician has their own screams.]

Wait... [ MULTIPLE MAGICIANS?! Do you think it's cuz' the paintings lead to alternate dimensions (or time periods), or The Magician is just a race now.... ]

The paintings don't actually go to different dimensions. We've been theorizing [that The Magician cloned himself, or that the whole nightmares multiplying somehow made him multiply too.]TheTempurmental wrote:Wait... [ MULTIPLE MAGICIANS?! Re: Rayman Legends
The thing is so loosely explained I think it's better to just give a vague explanation on the wiki instead of making up an entire story. Just remembering the Mr Dark/Magician controversy gives me bad memories. So the explanation would be this simple: [While Rayman and his friends spent the next 100 years sleeping, nightmares multiplied around the Glade, and so did the Magician, who survived the explosion in Rayman Origins and multiplied into 5 separate individuals, known as the Dark Teensies.]. Easy as cake.Bionichute wrote:The paintings don't actually go to different dimensions.
