Why had I not seen this earlier? Much as we all love a good old Mary Whitehouse law, this is just dumb. The hard stuff will get harder, and the soft stuff will lose any edge it may have once had. Not to mention the economic implications... still, people will find ways around it. Laws are great fun to break, after all.
