That picture is still likely to get removed because the DA staff is ridiculously anal about it. They're oversensitive pricks. I mean sure, maybe you can show nipple, but that's already taking risks at it is. If I can't express myself through art the way I want to, then fuck them.

I think, if illustrated right a naked human body can be beautiful, obivously myself I prefer feminine like bodies (yes femboys too) But I can see art in any nice proportioned naked drawn body.
Besides, if you draw (like me) then you know you always draw a character naked before putting any clothes on him/her.

I got a warning bout my Ursla renders for showing a close up of the boobs. I have yet to do anything about it.

Just upload to Newgrounds or something if it gets removed. Deviantart is ridiculous. We have all these pictures showing a little cleavage shot or GOD FORBID a pair of titties showing getting removed yet these Sonic retraces manage to stay up, welcome to Deviantart.

Yep, it's pretty fucking awful. Seriously, you see some of these awful things on the FRONT fucking page of Deviantart. Let's face it where do most of these awful fanbases spawn from? Sonic, My Little Pony, and Homestuck? These originate from Deviantart and often breed towards Tumblr. And yes I'm fully aware not some fans act fucked up, but majority does.

Deviantart is a mess, now I do have an account on there just to favorite artwork but seriously most of the artwork shouldn't even be classified as art, it's mostly recolors or such. If you uploaded that type shit to Newgrounds you'd immediately be blammed (there version of banned). Because that shit is unnacceptable, especially on an ART website.

Oh and if you're looking for critique on Deviantart, don't expect it, because majority of the users on there are often just as young and childish as the person who uploaded it.

Well actually the word Otaku used to be an insult. Nowadays it has become pretty mainstream, it's like the Far East version of geek or nerd.
About Anime and stuff, people will dislike you if you make them feel that their country is only valuable because some guys wrote manga. Island people tend to value their culture, though they don't brag about it. I came to Japan with another French exchange student and though she enjoyed living in Japan, she didn't make a lot of friends their. She is the stereotype of the otaku girl knowing only manga, watching anime all day, listening to some weird J-Pop (btw, the J-Pop that we have here and then one on Japanese Charts are quite different), and a bit of history in order to know the difference between a katana and a wakizashi. A girl like you can see thousands at Japan Expo. Actually she is quite a nice girl but she can't seem to realize that her behavior excluded herself from making friend back in Senior High. The video I posted, I actually found it on her Facebook timeline

And from my point of view, Japanese people are very accepting to foreigners. I almost never experienced xenophobic issue.

Good thing that the Japanaese government FINALY forbidden children in hentai productions.

Newgrounds does have its fair amount of fucked up shit and weird stuff, but they're a hell of a lot more behaved than DA. There community and staff is a lot more mature and tolerable. Whileas the DA staff beg for you to purchase there merchandise and buy a premium subscription. I don't care if its cheap or not, stop begging me to buy something and leave me the fuck alone if I don't want to purchase anything.

And yes MLP porn is all over the place. I can admit I've passed by some well drawn MLP porn I hate to admit, but it still to no end is really saddening. I'm not sure what people see in having sex with a horse... it really is horrifying.

I've seen many weebs (weeaboo's) in my school and it really is upsetting to see this. I've never been to Japan myself (would love to visit one day), but I know for a fucking fact that they don't want there country to be viewed as awesome just because some faggots HAVE WATCHED ANIME BEFORE. These fuckers think just because they've watched anime and read manga they're all set to live in Japan, until reality bitch slaps them. It's saddening. There are some animes I do like, so I'm not hating at all. I really wish to visit Japan because they have such a diverse and interesting culture behind them. It just seems incredibly insulting to the Japanese culture that these American foreigners visit because they have watched a lot of anime or read a lot of manga.

The fact is, I experienced Japan from a high school point of view and a professional point of view. It was really different.

I actually prefer those types of people than those wanna be gangsters. But i do understand what your saying, Japan is known for more than just anime/manga and the girls are ready at anytime type stuff.

There was an anime club in my school where people gathered at the nearest library and basically drooled over characters like L from Deathnote and the cast of Black Butler. The worst part is they were all investing in tickets to go to Japan. Keep in mind these people had NO knowledge of Japanese culture other than watching anime for fuck sakes.

This is why I tend to avoid anime conventions, I still love them nonetheless and I can be legit open about my cosplaying and stuff. I just hate the majority of wapanese weeaboos over there, threating every one who is japanese or asian like gods, whilst they're just legit normal people.

Or maybe not, who knows, if they spend their whole time at Harajuku and some part of Yoyogi Park, they will experience cospley and weebs shits. Takeshita-dōri is a small road (busy as shit, I hate this place) where you can find the wierdest weebs/otaku stuff. What always puzzled me is that the road just next to it, Omotesandō, is the Japanese "Champs Élysée", with every luxury brand and hype restaurants! It happens that for some reason I like this road
