The subject of your message should be "Voting: Round 3". Inside, it should contain your vote like so:
Group 1: Member A
Group 2: Member B
Group 3: Member C
(if you are in Group 4 - let's say that you are -, you cannot vote for group 4).

Or in any such way that it is clear what you are voting. But the only really important thing to get right is the subject header, as Ad said he won't be able to find your vote if you do it wrong.
