I didn't know what he could be in the show but I just thought he can be a cracking jokes guy, so I got that down in the next episode and most episodes I make are a prototype if they don't work out so this one will also be edited.

Hm, I believe Rulez refers to the character's design, and how it's just a redesign of Rayfirst.
