Important news. Now hopefully Nintendo stops abusing copyright law and consider fair use before taking down videos like the judge ruled in this case and said that companies must consider it.

I dont think Nintendo cares at this point.

This is why someone needs to sue them when they take down their video. Then they will lose in court and have to stop. I would sue them myself already if they had devision in my country. I hope someone from US or Japan does it.

I think I got cut from the irony. Nintendo doesn't care about "Fair Use" All there business practices are actually kept hidden. Its there Japanese HQ that calls all the shots anyways. They really dont care about how much content they removed. While im not implying this will end Nintendo it definitely will hurt them. I really hope the NX does well though.

I use my youtube channel to review games, and just talk about my love of video games in general. I posted a review of Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc not too long ago. VERY underrated Rayman game, I feel.

For once, I made something in English! It's a Christmas video. More or less.

Well I'm obviously not the taRRget audience, but would still say that the accent is nice, and I like the humor.

Thinking about it, isn't the Japanese culture also spread enough to be known in the US as well? (to be exact, some part of it) Still, that doesn't change the fact that there is indeed a large part of the French cinematographic culture (maybe even European) that never cross the Atlantic!

I think it's a pretty good idea, curious to see what it will look like!
