Would anyone here join it? It'd have a special rank list, an RPG section, sprite comics section, games section, etc. and even a small area for any discussion of the characters SpyBorg and Ryo... all info will be provided about them there as well. Good management and admins who enforce their rules.

The only thing missing is a style skin. Once I get that, the rest will get underway.

You can't always go for that factor, Hoodcom. In the beginning, there won't be much because of few members. If you ditch a forum because of low post count and few members, that's not helping any community.

A style skin ? Are you talking about "theme" in French? Like Solaris on this board ?

Well, think on these things before you start.

a.) who will be making the style?

b.) will it have a few cool features to it someday?

c.) make sure you come up with a goon Uniqe name. Which your good at that.

It all depends, if I can't destroy anything it is alright . I don't know evry much about computers and all, but if you have to choose something, I can be quite useful . It may be easier for you if you don't have to pay attention to that kind of things, which are long and boring

I just need a cool style. It's basically a huge HTML page. I'm a perfectionist kind of guy, so I can really say what I want.

To be perfectionist, but not too much, will be useful in the future . It is often better to do more than necessary, than the opposite .

Can I give a basic description to you as to the color style I'd like, or would you wait until I get the forum made?

Yeah but IBP are nice, but the thing about it is I can not manage my own style, and plus haveing a paid host would help me so much.

You can manage your own style. You just need to know how to work HTML is all. Not my strong point.
