What function have the Red Lum's timer in Rayman 2 TGE?

Hi there :D

Why this timer is activated when you take the first of a string of Red Lums, what function does it have?

Please reply soon, I'm too curious...

PS: a similar thing happen also in Rayman Origins ever with Red Lums.

Hey there, welcome to the forum MrXYZ :D Please introduce yourself here: Introduction topic

To answer your question, in Rayman 2, the whole string of red Lums disappears after the timer runs out. That means you won't get an extra health boost if you don't collect them all. In Rayman Origins, when you collect a Lum King, the yellow Lums turn into red Lums. Red Lums are each worth two yellow Lums. ;)
