I have to agree, that it indeed isn't that good, which makes it less useable but more of an collector's item.

He has complete rights, he bought it, now it belongs to him. Unless you said to him that even if he bought it he can't sell it, he has complete right on it.

I also agree with this. As Omar is the one who is selling, he fully decides how he wants and nobody can tell him what to do or what to tell. Awesome collection Omar, in early 2015, I will start purchasing some

None of this is relevant, as no one (not even Sny) denied that emshomar owns the rights to the head. The issue here is one relating to morality, something I don't really have any say in because know nothing of the situation.

I've temporarily removed the head from the OP, as emshomar clearly put it up knowing it would cause a disturbance. Please you two, figure this out. It can be put back up in public here only if you cool down and reach some kind of a mutual agreement, and I'm referring to the pleasant kind; this is really childish.

I'm kinda shocked... You were one of, if not the most active poster on the Merchandise thread and your collection looked pretty awesome, for the most part. I'm sure your reason for doing this must be pretty serious, but whether it is or it isn't, I hope you're able to work things out.

Honestly, a few items are sticking out to me a little bit, but I'll need to think about it... My main concern is that shipping price- I really hope UK shipping is much lower than that worldwide price!

Shipping to EU states for big objects is 9,53€ and for smaller ones is the same.

Again, I don't know the situation, but I do know that I want people to get along. I also know that putting the head up will contribute to quite the opposite, potentially causing irreversible damage if someone did manage to snag it, and over what seems to be an emotionally-driven, irrational feud. It's essentially involving anyone (even those blissfully ignorant of the situation) who might have actually bought it off you, and that isn't fair.

That could have been truth if Omar specifically made a thread selling only Rayman head but you can clearly see that he is selling everything Rayman related. When he sells all this, he will no longer own any Rayman product. Also, here is another thing.
Sadly I cannot present proof since Omar deactivated his dA again (bit if he reactivates I will be able to prove it), but Sny was the one who brought up this Rayman head discussion first by leaving comment on dA picture Omar uploaded asking him what is he gonna do with that head since they are no longer friends to which Omar responded in a manner that he paid for the head and that therfore he keeps it and can do what he wants with it.
You are trying to tell him that he only posted this head on sale to piss off Sny? No he didn't. He is selling everything Rayman related, and that includes this head.

Also, just to make this clear, I am not attacking Sny and full details what happened between them is not my business. I simply don't want Sny starting long threads which include private events that are not related to anything on this forum and calling Omar bad names. If you are no longer friends with him, block him and do other things on this forum and talk with other people who are not Omar.

Omar is selling head that Sny made. Omar purchased head, and wants to sell it because he is selling everything Rayman related and Ad because he didn't know some details thought that Omar put the head on sale on purpose which is not the case.
