Rayman Pirate-Community

I'm really sorry if this is common knowledge or something, because I haven't been paying attention to the Rayman scene lately. But can someone tell me what this is:

It seems to be a DVD but I can't ascertain its contents. I also couldn't find anything on Raywiki relating to it.

I remember seeing something like that before. Maybe on Rayman-Fanpage? Im not sure of its contents though.
"10 livelli di sfida Dvd_302" translate to "10 challenging levels Dvd_302"

It says on the back that there are 5 race levels and 5 arena levels, but it seems more likely to me that they're talking about the leagues.

This came as a promotional if you bought some Nesquik cereals, but I don't know what it includes.
