Rayman Revolution no music

So I just got Rayman Revolution in a 3-pack for my ps2. The problem is that there is no music in the levels, not even the pirate-music when the pirates appear. But I do have music in the main menu and sometimes while in a level the main menu music comes up for about 2 seconds and then goes away. Is there anyway to fix this?

Sounds like your disc is bust. Revolution does disable music when replaying levels, but I believe the pirate music stays and the stuff with the main menu music is weird. Nothing much you can do.

You're probably right. I checked the cd files and it seems like there is something wrong the the sound file VSC.BF as it says the file can not be read from the disk.

This is really sad. I have the PC version of Rayman 2 and the music is such an important part of the game. Will not be the same playing it without the music.

Oh, I fixed it now by cleaning the disc. I now have music in The Fairy Glade anyway, haven't tried the rest yet but it should be there

I suggest you make a backup of the CD.
