Did anyone else ever encounter a glitch where, in the Prison Ship in Rayman 2, in the room with the flying bullet thing, the door won't open even after collecting all the lums?

I've been playing Rayman 2 on the Dreamcast, and even tho I collected all the lums in the room, the door just wouldn't open. I searched the room for fifteen minutes to see if I missed any lums, but I didn't. I checked YouTube videos to see if there were lums I hadn't found, but there weren't.

I tried restarting the level, same thing happened. I'm kinda done with this now and don't really feel like going through that level a third time.

If it is the place I am thinking of there should be a switch on the ground just before the door. You need to hit it and the door should open.

Wait... There was a switch? Oh, God....
