In Rayman 1 and Rayman 2, new powers were given to Rayman during the game, and a few powers were temporary, they lasted of one level or two.
Rayman 3 introduced a brand new idea, powers were temporary available for a limited time with costumes.
What about Rayman Raving Rabbids then? It looks like the musical costumes will bring Rayman new powers, but will he also get permanent powers during the game?

In Rayman 3, Rayman was given a permanent power, making face to change black lums into red ones, which is quite stupid since he already had it in Rayman 1 !

I see a possible mix of both. The costumes I'd think would be temporary, though even with possibility of permanent powers, I don't see too much need for them. Possibly...

I hope to see new powerups in R4. I also want the 'throwing real fists' idea kept.

Probably will, though I'm unsure about that now myself, since it is more comedic. Then again, it will still be an action/adventure game, so it may not be lost.

In the scientific videos, (Including the new #3 & #4) he dances with the Rabbids in his disco outfit.

There you see Xenon09, Rayman has dance many times (But only disco i think)

Rayman will dance a lot in the game so the bunnies dance with him and do not attack him

No, but they are Rayman`s friends when he dance. I wonder where the disco music come from...

What I wonder is what rock music they will put in the game
