Rayman Pirate-Community

Hi people!

I bought Rayman 3 for PS2 today.
Guess what? I started ripping! ( before that, I played the game, everything was fine )

EDIT -> Now all of the R3 music is already available to Hunchman801 ( and soon, to you guys too, since every day means 3 songs ^^ )!

Thanks people! I'll rip the Hoodoo theme for sure... and now... better news:

I MANAGED TO UNBLUR IT!!!!!
( it was the wrong interleave and the wrong amount of channels I used, interleave is 16 and channels is 1 )

I'll post a sample soon... only one thing is still wrong... I'll fix it!
Also, when I change the end offset number, it's not cut into pieces anymore! I guess I'll not have to do any pasting

I'm now scanning the whole Data.hst file for all the music... it takes a long time to do this with the program I used now ( to change the interleave etc )

But, I'm ripping the R3 soundtrack now.
Well, it's ONE loong ( 6 GB O_O ) wav file ( I'll turn it into a mp3 soon, so it'll be smaller ).
But hey, anyone wants to cut it into pieces ( each song should be one piece ) and give them a name?

Anyone wants to do the job? Thanks anyways...

I'm editing it now... then I'll start cutting it into pieces...

I already have 4 songs now, and I named them:
Ambient - The Hoodlum Headquarters ( it's the ambient music from one of the later levels of the HHQ )
Hey! A Plum! ( while carrying a plum )
The Damn Lava is Raising! ( at the end of the HHQ! )
Rewards and Powerups - Part 1 ( some sounds from when you take a can, etc. )

I'm doing some others soon, including the Hoodoo theme ( yes, yes! ).

BTW: I have a very good idea!
Why not create a PC website ( if you have enough hosting space ) with all of the Rayman music? I have them all ( I mean, soon! ), so we could host them all there... and with a nice layout

But is it legally to share the official game music on a website to people who don't own the license from the games? I don't care anyway, I don't have much knowledge about those rights..

Well, you know some people once published all of the Prince of Persia Trilogy and Beyond Good and Evil official music?

Hey, thanks for the great Plum music! I once had that one in bad quality from a Rayman3 sound pack from Ubisoft. This one is much better! And I'm waiting for the 'lava chase' music from HH!
