Should we create Dutch forums?

There are many Dutch members on the Rayman community and I was wondering if creating Dutch forums on PC would be a good idea. Of course it would be harder to create a Dutch portal since no admin speaks this language.

A dutch forum is composed of dutch members, without them, there is no point
