Yeah, you could simply upload upload it to like Google Drive and have the download link in RayTunes go directly there without the viewer noticing they're switching domain.

I don't trust Google Drive or any atypical hosting to keep music archives up for a long time. Every service I've used to upload music archives in the past eventually deleted at least one of my files, even the Russian or Chinese file hosting services. So far, only RaymanPC's servers kept all my files up, so if I can work with files stored here, I will. I'll ask Hunch for permission to add all those extra MP3 archives if I can't find any other way than zipping.

Also, congrats on the 10000th post in the Pirate-Community websites forum, Carrot-master :P

Nice one Carrot! :partyhat:

Anyway, that is a nice new layout. It is a bit strange to have it in light colours, considering what the rest of PC looks like. I like the idea of a "dim the lights" feature. It's something a lot of websites could do with.

Great job Droolie, can't wait to see the final version! The player is a great idea, and I'm also thinking that a [raytunes] BBCode to embed it in forum posts might be quite useful.

Hmm, on the topic of integrating RayTunes, I think I asked about this before, but I'll just ask again in case I haven't. Are there any plans to have links to the RPC Projects in the quick links menu?

Not at the moment but it is definitely being considered. My only concern is that it might make the list too long on some devices.

Thanks! Integrating the player here would be pretty cool indeed. I've never looked into BBCode but I imagine I'd just need to create a widget, right?

Since I will be making different themes, adding a theme with RPC's colors will be a piece of cake :D

Yeah, the parser will simply replace the BBCode with the HTML we defined. It's just a matter of identifying the track.

The new version of RayTunes is about 2/3 complete...

Yeah I clearly had fun with the sharing system. Feel free to suggest any clever (in character) messages for specific tracks!

Please play around with it a bit :) You should already be able to do anything that you would expect from a music player and much more.
Except loading and saving playlists, choosing a theme or saving your configuration, or reading news updates, or more importantly, viewing the site on mobile... which is all in that last third that I still need to work on.

I'm really liking the new design so far! I however noticed that the info text for the Rayman 1 music cuts off at the last line, at least on my computer.

Hmm, well it's made for a 1080p resolution, so I guess I'll scale down the font size for lower resolutions. Everything else is relative to that font size, so then it should look pretty much exactly the same as if you just zoomed out a bit.

Hello there!

I made a couple of Artworks for the OSTs of Rayman 1 and Rayman 2 as thumbails or CD Covers.

Here they are:

I'm really loving it so far, great work Droolie!

I'm not sure how you intend to deal with the saving and loading of playlists, but if you want it to be linked to the logged in user, get in touch and we'll sort something out. Probably better than local storage.

Maybe I've not been paying attention, but did RayTunes always have this favicon, or is it new?

Incidentally, I decided to look at the test RayTunes again, you've made quite some progress, Droolie! I really love the theme options, it's a lovely touch. Really like the old school theme you put on too, it took me back to the time I first discovered RayTunes, all those years ago.

Hmm, that's strange! Was it always there? If so, I never noticed until now. If not, I wonder if its sudden appearance could be an omen of some sort...

Also, I'm glad you liked the Back to 2006 theme. It's definitely the most beautiful out of all themes. I vote for it to become the RPC theme whenever RPC gets redesigned again!
