I quite like Fighting Moskito, Fighting Mr Dark and This is Mr Sax. And the Candy Chateau one is cool.

to be honest, Candy Chateau is a little bit too clowny for me! But the PS1 version of "dark rayman theme" is pretty nice!

Bossfight ~ Reflux 1 is good. It's all...climactic-sounding.

Yeah. Just a shame the Reflux 2 music sucks. I think they were to busy to make anything good.

OH I played Rayman 1 on PS1 a few weeks ago really late. I hardly ever play the console version anymore but every time I do I always start from the beginning again. Sometimes I forget how beautiful the sound is on that version, because I'm used to the GBA's ear rape. Moskito's boss fight music is friggin awesome I must say.
MY favourite track is still the Bzzit ride thru Anguish Lagoon along with Mr Dark's theme.
