Yep, Rush has Dark Globox. ( I don't know if you can get him in the game, but Rush has the Dark Globox theme. )

Rayman Rush has Uglette/Globette, and she is almost the same as Dark Globox.

I think so. I haven't really checked but I doubt they have different speeds.

In Rayman Arena the only character that was faster was Dark Rayman.

Hmm, it seems Dark Rayman's theme is the same as Rayman's.
But there are other songs in Rayman Arena for Xbox/Gamecube:
- Of course, the Dark Globox theme;
- and a weird variation on Rayman's theme, which isn't Dark Ray's theme.
There may be more though, this is only what I heard in the videos available at IGN.
Also, the 'Ubi singing Rayman theme' song is actually being used in these versions as the music that plays while you have a powerup activated...
Currently though, I'm trying to get the Gamecube version in 'a free way', but I can't seem to get it anywhere, except one forum that needs an invitation -___-
