Which systems do people most commonly use around here? I use Windows XP, but I used to use Linux. Never been keen on Macintosh.

Although I'd like to use Macintosh, I've always used Windows.

I use macs. Although I would get one before the release OS 10.5, because I think that some of the new features will really slow down the computer.

that's why I want the new macbook. That way it'll be amazingly fast, with all features of yer normal mac.

I'm a Mac man. Microsoft has only disgusted me more with Vista--easily noticably ripping out some Mac OS X features (Though they're pretty bad rips) and doing more catching up to Macs than anything original. As for software, Macs may have less selection, though the programs it does have are much better. (Of course though, Macs aren't gaming machines still.) And as for 10.5, I really don't think it would muck up much performance, judging by the iMac G3 (450MHz) I saw running 10.4 smoothly.

Mac's totally rule the world. Ilife is simply the best software bundle imaginable, and garageband is the best program ever created.

I use PC and Mac, hardly Mac though.

I love those Mac commercials too!

By the way, did you know, if you had a PS3, you can use Linux?

The processor, the fact that it does have Linux, and Blu-Ray (if anyone cares that much about picture quality) are the only redeeming qualities to that PoS3. (And Metal Gear Solid 4, though a game isn't worth $660.)

The wii is so much better than the ps3, even though you can't run a real operating system, it's basically like it comes with it's own OS. wii is so much better than ps3 and xbox 360.

If I had the choice of any of the 7th-generation consoles, I'd personally get myself an Xbox360 Elite, though the Wii looks alright for its price. (Heh, when it was released, I listened to guys go on about how gay it sounded and that, though ironically, that's the most they talk about now that they have one.)

THe wii is such a great system. I am interested in the 360 elite, though.

Whats this 360 elite?. And what differences will it have from the original 360?

It's a new version. It's black. That's the main difference.
