I don't remember much of heroes, though I'm pretty sure I thought it was fairly mediocre, much like all of telltales lego games in my opinion anyway , but I'm also possitive it also had and maybe even still has the best in game collectibles in any lego game. If I remember rightly, which I might not don't quote me on this, The game had an in game encyclopedia that went fairly in depth about all the masks, all the characters, maybe even the different islands, summaries of each years storylines up to that point and I think it may also had a model viewer that let you look at 3D models of all the toa, villain and titan sets released up to that point. but you did have to unlock them all and wether or not your willing to play through a meh TPS just to 100% the in game encyclopedia is an iffy choice especially when more in depth and up to date info is available online for free.

As OCG said I personally don't think heroes is an awful game but it is still a lego game meaning its more or less a repetetive collectathon.

I don't think it was centered in Ga-Koro, there were a lot of things to do in the others villages.
Among the boring parts, I remember the craft (Hahli needed a lot of plants to create flax, ropes...), the Kolhii games, the Charm quest...
Unlike the first online game, there weren't many cinematics, memorable characters (the Chronicler's Company), events (the ruins of Ga-Koro, the Po-Koro epidemic, the forest labyrinth, the walk in the blizzard...) or mini-games (the Nui-Jaga cave, the Nui-Rama raid, the battle for Kini-Nui...)
Another bad point: The dialogue system was different. You couldn't ask questions, unlike in the first game.

You have a good memory, but I don't remember specific texts on the islands or the storyline. It was scattered among the enemies and boss descriptions.

That's true. But I think Bionicle Heroes is the only Telltales Lego game who didn't had good reviews in the video game press. No?

That's Travelers Tales, if I remember right.

Never had a Bionicle toy sadly, I got interested in the series during the Inika era.

Perhaps you can consider getting 2015 sets ;)

Perhaps. Though in honesty I don't really have much place to put them. All my current items (Transformers and self made LEGO stuff) currently reside in a heap in my wardrobe.

My bedroom is not big either so I am limited to collect entirely the Mata Nui saga for now. In future I don't discard the possibility of expanding more the collection once I gather conditions for that.

Just wanted to make everyone know that there are few Bionicle items I listed that you can purchase here:

If anyone could show support, I would appreciate it very much.

There's some images floating around showing a redesign for the Toa in 2016, seems rather soon.

I saw the images here:

I love how it says "confidential - not to be copied or disclosed" but this source leaked it:
http://www.francescoambrosisrl.it/cerca ... mit_search

I do think it is too soon.

I prefer to see real set reviews first before starting to judge leaked pictures.

I'm in two minds about them. I do think they look far more imposing, and less goofy than last year's sets. But at the same time, there's some things about the aesthetic that feel a bit off.

Aaah great to see that he already updloaded a review. This is one of the 3 sets of the Winter wave I want to get. A thing I particularly love in this Tahu is the reference to the Nuva symbol (fanservice to the oldest fans!), present on his mask and some zones of the body. I find the weapons more strange in this set but the gear mechanism is interesting.

No matter what happens, I will get all of the new sets. I'm only missing the Lego inside tour exclusive Gali mask from 2015, I must get full collection.
I think that the 2016 sets have improved greatly from the previous ones. I'm really looking forward to the waist mechanism.

The only minicollectibles I have got from the second generation is the translucid-orange Mask of Fire. The others are pretty difficult to get, especially the Comic Con exclusives.

And expensive: The comic con ones are usually anywhere from 50e to 80e. The translucent Gali mask has been sold only a couple of times and the price has been... well...
