And for helicopter animations, only a few frames of them are left on the disc and only for Rayman I think

Ah that's cool! I hope you can find more unused animations. Reminds me of when I tampered with Rayman Advance to swap Rayman's walk cycle with animations from the PC version.

So, a few weeks ago, I had the chance to talk with someone involved in Rayman 4's developpement, I had only a few questions to ask, so I think Tamaki from unseen64 might have already anwsered them, but I'm doing it for free not like him "sarcasm"
So he pretty much told me that Dark Rayman was the mean guy (as Tamaki said), Globox would be back and they relooked a lot of NPCs, he told me that he think they partly inspired from Rayman 4 Phoenix for Rayman Origins, but as they couldn't talk about the project they weren't credited (I'm not sure about this one)
Finally, he told me that Michel Ancel was working on Console port of Peter Jackson King Kong and then he took back Rayman when he finished his production, they worked 3 months at Phoenix Interactive. Ubisoft took back the project without too much explanations and they made RRR. He also said as I said before that "The game seemingly became Rayman Origins" which I doubt it tbh

For Tamaki, I guess he just knew people at Phoenix Interactive/Ubisoft, and altho Ubi took back the project, one dev of R3 told me that in a game dev, everything is kept, even if cancelled: prototype, source code, tools etc in a special place, it might have been applied to Rayman 4.
Also, I was looking back at the intro cutscene, for reference

at 0:24, there's a Piggybank to the right, it's not there in final version
at 0:41, you can see Bégoniax staying here, simple error?
at 0:47, you can see that when Rayman ascends with yellow costume, his hands are green!
at 1:01, the most interesting thing, you can see the Leptys itself shooting thunderstorms, this is referenced once in game code, but just as plaintext, this is interesting!
Finally, when watching the earliest trailer and game screens, I can confirm that there was some sort of yellow lums, but they were as crowns. You can see them in a lot of screens. And then you might ask, what was the thing in The Longest Shortcut that was replaced by crowns. Well, no one knows, but I'm pretty sure that it should be a key, because internal name for the crowns in The Longest Shortcut is "key"!
Also, Flabar is referenced in Clearleaf Forest, so he might have been at a point supposed to be used there.

I remember always noticing the green hands in the trailer, but I just thought it was my TV for some reasons
Also yes, there are some IGN videos in Count Razoff mansion in which you can see a lot of crowns around the mansion, there are also videos with beta music, early piggybanks, black lums and other stuff.
