Oh my god ... It was better when nobody knew about this to be honest ..

I have a sealed physical copy of that song. The only thing i like about the song is that they used my favorite rayman 2 model that also appears in some tv ads.

Okay, first reaction: WTF?
Second one: Where are those "unique scrapped areas", because all I saw were slightly different versions of already existing areas of the final version and some commercial footage.

There's some shell sections that weren't in the final version of the game, and some sliding sections with lasers (looks like it might have been a prototype of the Sanctuary of Stone and Fire purple lum sliding section) . Also there's a scene where Rayman kills a ninja pirate with a warship in the background, presumably it's located in the Sanctuary of Water and Ice.

Oh no, it's like the Rayman equivalent of that Legend of Zelda rap video.

The scene where he kills a ninja pirate was already in a DVD (I've seen it long time ago in my Rayman TAS dvd)
Also, at 0:37, isn't this a beta murfy statue?

Those shell sections are looking a lot like the secret area of the final boss battle.
The gliding section with lasers is indeed new to me, it could be a scrapped part of The Pirate Ship.
The cutscene with the Pirate is incredibly familiar to me from another commercial, I feel like that I've seen it before. Also, if you slow the footage down, you can actually see that the place is just the beginning of the Sanctuary of Water and Ice as the pier and the little beach in the background is almost completely the same.
