As we know Half-Life 2 Episode 4 is made by Arkane Studio(2006-2009).First leaked concept art of Half-Life 2 Episode 3 appeared in middle of 2008.Currently Dota 2:Reborn have Half-Life 3 update.We know Xen within Combine Advisors feets perfect for Black Mesa Source from one of Half-Life 2 Episode 3 maps artworks.These body parts should be matched like puzzles?I guess?

Tell me what's wrong with this concept to begin modelling in Blender or 3DS Max?Do outlines do matter?

I was about to say we should move this to the half life forums, but off topic is similar I suppose.
Anyways, outlines do matter, you need to trace over Alyx's body, front portion of her head, and side portion. Then scale those outlines done to match the proper proportions of the female on the left. Without a reference of her front and side view. She would be very hard to model. The only time Ive seen people model without using a reference sheet inside a 3D modeling program was in Zbrush. (And Mudbox, but I hate Mudbox.)
