For the twelfth time, Pirate-Community is organizing a posts in a day record. Here is a short description for those of you who joined recently:

This is not a spam contest, and useless messages are obviously not welcome. However, the special conditions during the record day will be the cause of a certain leniency, especially as concerns old topics, which can be bumped freely.

The current record stands at an insane 32252 posts. Can we do better this year? That's up to you!

The rewards rise to the occasion: each post is worth 15 Tings within the given time span, and then come the bonus Tings: 1500 for participating, 1500 for beating one's previous posts in a day record, and 3000 Tings for the winner. For example, a couple years ago someone earned the incredible amount of 84690 Tings that day.

As for the date, I would recommend a Saturday in July or August, but I'd like to hear your thoughts before I set up the poll.

Probably July/August. I don’t know yet.

I would prefer a saturday in July. In Mid-August I'll be on holiday and thus less likely to perform.

I'd like an August, the only reason being that between the two kinds of dues currently existing, one doing everything to rebuild the past and the other constructing a future, I'm actually of the first kind. So we shall roll the vote on for the month ?

The way my holidays work I'm going to be away from the 15th July all the way to 8th August. The best date I could possibly do is 12th August unless we want to do one early July.

I'm not sure right now, I'm available in the 2 months overall but I'll be busy at some precise dates. I'll tell you when I'll be aware of the dates.

No more coffee for me it is already 10 months, so an energy drink without caffeine and some vitamins should do it just fine.
I'll try to make a few push ups during rd to get them well pumped in my veins.

Personally, I'd love it to be on August, since I'll be working for the entirety of July. I'm not aiming for any whooping record this year tho, so I guess I could throw one or two posts over here if it fall on July too.
