We need someone to compose MIDI's for the game. We will be basing the music around remastered versions of the Jaguar music. The first file we want created is the title theme. After someone creates that you can create any song in any order. WE WILL CREDIT THE MAKERS OF THE MIDIS. We will import the MIDI's into an audio editing program so it doesn't sound like just plain midi. After we create a couple levels, we will then pitch it to Ubi Soft. Thanks for your help

That would be great, but I wonder whetehr Ubisoft would approve that, but it is worth a try.
If the quality is good enough I would hope that Ubisoft would approve the idea.
Since this is a discussion about a Rayman HD remaster I think now would be a good time to post some of the things I'd like to see (this list is far from complete but these were some of the big things that came to mind and I explain why I would like to see them included, I'll post a completed and throughout list when it's ready but for now here's what I have)
- Animation and scrolling smoothness of the Jaguar version (while the other versions are very smooth as well, when you compare them side by side to the Jaguar version the Jaguar version wins hands down)
- The little extra animation Rayman does on the map screen in the Japanese PS1 version (the animation adds a little extra variety which I think would be a good thing, it certainly couldn't hurt could it?)
- The ACTION text at the start of each level (This text gives the player the impression that they're in control of an interactive cartoon which I feel fits very well with the animation style of the game)
- The end of level transitions from the Saturn version (These transitions make going to the next level more visually interesting as opposed to just having the screen go black and then starting in the next level)
- An option to allow players to choose between the SFX/Voices heard in the Japanese PS1 version and the international version. (that way players can play the game with their preference of SFX/Voices)
- The ability to shoot projectiles while riding Bizzit like the Jaguar version (even as a child I could tell that the Bizzit riding level wasn't really designed with the telescopic fist gameplay in mind and the shooting feature needs to be restored)
- Either get rid of or expand the Betilla kidnapping subplot (one thing that always annoyed me about the Betilla getting kidnapped subplot in all non-Jaguar versions of the game since the Jaguar version actually doesn't have said subplot is how it felt quickly tacked on and honestly Ubisoft never really did anything with it when you beat the game, sure you see her in some images during the credits but her "rescue" is never shown nor was it ever brought up again after Skopps so that's something I think should either be expanded on more or cut entirely, maybe I'm the only one who feels this way)
- The graphical effects during the Mr. Dark fight in the Saturn version (in the Saturn version during the first phase of the fight the stained glass windows glow fiery red making the first phase look more intimidating and feel menacing which I feel fits perfectly for the final boss, during the second phase the windows light up with the light going back and forth across the screen, and every time you inflict damage certain windows will flash simultaneously depending on which parts of the bosses are used for the body, and after defeating the final boss the stained glass windows break revealing a 2nd moon which I feel is a neat touch).
- The Candy Château stages from both the Jaguar version and the console versions (I always felt cheated when I played Candy Château because of how short it is on the non-Jaguar versions, how I would do it is like this:
1. Frying pan slide level (all post Jaguar versions only)
2 Jaguar exclusive CC level 1
3 Dark Rayman Chase (all post-Jaguar versions only)
4 Jaguar exclusive CC Level 2
5 Level before Mr. Dark fight, ironically this is the only CC stage that appears in both the Jaguar and other versions so I'd put it last for obvious reasons)
- The little animation Rayman does after beating Mr. Dark that is exclusive to the Saturn version (This animation wraps Rayman's roll up very well and makes it seem like he's taking a final victory bow before the ending FMV cutscene)
Let me know what you guys think.
