Whether by a barber or a family member, how often do you get a haircut?

Usually once a month. Usually, in fact I have no frequencies, I haven't been to a barber since three months.
I tend to do something when I have trouble to get into my helmet.

I get a haircut once my hair is completely out of control.

Unfortunately, since I have very thin hair, I can't let them grow past mid-neck and it usually means a haircut every four months. I shave them till they are 6 mm long, look like a marine, get made fun a lot the week after that, but at least I don't have to sit through a boring lady who wants to talk about the weather and lose 20€ in the process.

Heh, I also do a buzz cut every year for the "Mewine" look.

It says I care about the way I look, but I'm still approachable.

My mother cuts my fringe whenever we both get it into our heads that it needs to be done, which isn't often…

Mine tends to get cut when it reaches the point of being unmanageable, usually 2-3 months, I think, but it's not exactly something I do as routine.

At this rate, every 6 years... Except I don't plan to have a haircut any time soon so I suppose it'll only go up. Though I'm kind of planning to shave it all off one day for charity

I'm not sure, I guess I could do it next year at the end of 6th form.
My only concern is that I believe you have to big these things up in advance to raise any money and being more of an introvert I can't imagine successfully publicising it myself... I also don't have a charity in mind, though I suppose cancer research is the obvious choice for a shaven head.

I can't remember the last time I had my hair cut. I usually go for trims but even then that's probably on a 6 month basis.

Also ambi I know you mean it more so for the donating money side of things but are you also going to consider donating your hair to a hair bank? I assume that with that little hair cut a you'd have a sizeable amount to donate. :p

Aye, I'd be giving the hair away too, it's probably 15-20 inches at its longest but it's kind of curly and messy so it doesn't look that long. Actually, that raises another concern; I never really look after my hair, so I wonder if it would be up to spec? Almost all of my hairs have split ends, I don't know if it'd be a problem or not though...

I think that'd be dependant on the hair bank you go to. Itd be easily searchable though I'd imagine.

I never want to have a short cut ever again and I'm trying to grow mine so at the best I'm trying to get a trim every 2 months.

I see my hairdresser for a cleanup and to get my roots dyed every six weeks, but I haven't had it actually cut in about three years.

I'm going to have to get a haircut in the coming week, thanks to a formal event. Farewell messy do, 'til we meet again in a few weeks.
