Mr Darks dare glitch?

So you normaly can't replay Mr. Darks dare on ps1...
So i beat him and after the credits i went back into the game and Mr.Darks dare was replayable.
Is this a Glitch`?
I thought only DSI and GBA alouws yyou to replay the level...
