Hi, I found some early screenshots of Rayman Raving Rabbids on IGN portal. The most important things are: connection with the cancelled prototype of Rayman RR, the original look of Pink, debug mode (or map editor?).
Topic about uncommon early/beta stuff from all versions of RRR.
RAYMAN RAVING RABBIDS
Pink's old look.
The old Xbox 360 version of Pink (its appearance is actually not changed in the Xbox version)
The old appearance of the Rabbids' machine in "Bunnies don't like being disturbed at night".
"Bunnies never close doors" with the Rabbid's early version.
The old version of the Rabbids' submarine in "Bunnies are addicted to carrot juice".
The old appearance of the Rabbids' UFO with the screen showing a frame from the cancelled Rayman RR prototype trailer ("Bunnies don't like being disturbed on holiday").
Bunnies Don't Milk Cows (no mention in the article)
Bunnies Don't Like Being Disturbed On Holiday (no mention in the article, two videos)
Bunnies Helped Tame the Wild West (no video, mentioned in the article)
Bunnies Never Close Doors (no video, mentioned in the article)
Bunnies Don't Like Bats (no video, mentioned in the article) (bat mentioned as a giant bird (?))
Bunnies Rarely Leave Their Burrows (no video, mentioned in the article)
Bunnies Are Oversensitive (no video, mentioned in the article)
RAYMAN RAVING RABBIDS DS
The old HUD.
RAYMAN RAVING RABBIDS MOBILE
Trailer with the unused content.

So Pink was originally pink? That explains a lot...
Actually just seeing those reminds me that I actually enjoyed the atmosphere in some of the FPS levels. The other minigames aren't really worth it though, at least for me...

Look like the old look of the Rabbids were intended to come back in the party-game version of RRR.
Nve wrote:The old look of a Rabbids submarine in "Bunnies are addicted to carrot juice".
The old submarine model look very realistic compared to the final one. Probably a leftover from the cancelled prototype.

A picture of the old fly swatter can be seen in the back of the box of RRR.

A very similar looking Rabbid actually appears in the GBA version, so I would not be suprised if Pink was carried over from the original prototype.

Good point. I didn't know that. In the full version is replaced with the fly swatter but this looks like a sand scoop.

I think that it was a similar matter as with the Rayman 3 GBA. They have known something from another team (like Hoodlums), but not the complete story, so they decided to create their own (or they just not wanted to copy).
Update
The plunger on the second Pink image looks too good. I created a comparison.
In sequence: PC the highest graphics options, xbox360 version, the old version of a plunger (from these images), the second Pink image.

Interresting, maybe it’s from the cancelled PS3 version or the developer planned to make a new model for the plunger gun for the Xbox360 version.
Edit : I just noticed that the player name on the second Pink image is ORC, a developer from the cancelled prototype of RRR.
Edit 2 : I just see a playthrough from the Xbox version of RRR and is the same plunger gun model as in the second Pink image. The only difference in the second Pink image, is the smoke is not green in the final game.

I don't remember that we approach Pink so close like in the first image so we can't see his body accurately in a game.
Maybe the picture is taken before the plaftform lower down for Pink.
Nve wrote:
I still don't see his red circle and pink/purple eyes.
Maybe the developer planned to make the eyes of Pink similar to the third image.
Edit : I notice that the circle on the vehicle of Pink was originally red instead of transparent.

Info like this was ever given?
There were rumors that there wil be a PS3 version so a first thinking this was from the PS3 but i was wrong.

Can I get a reference? RRR was evolving from cancelled prototype to today's version, so most of a team probably stayed
GOT4N did a interview met a developer from the Rayman 4 Phoenix and the prototype of RRR, he reveled that "ORC" was the level designer of the prototype before getting downgrader to playtesting, his name appear in all score of the minigames
Edit : For a unknown reason, the link for the interview doesen’t work so a quote the message.

Nice!!
Btw, I had the chance to talk with a developper that worked on Phoenix Rayman 4, Rayman Raving Rabbids cancelled prototype AND RRR final!
Here what I gathered (this is for RRR final and prototype):
-The prototype was an open world adventure game
-It was cancelled because "it didn't convinced"
-It had worlds, dungeons
-Globox was supposed to be back
-Teensies as well, lums
-Plums were supposed to be back too
-The ambient was slightly mature, there were guns, grenades
-Rayman used his hand as a hook
-Each costume had a special ability
-With the bat, spider riding system, there was a flying scooter
-A lot of gameplay prototype elements were recycled into minigames (Bunnies don't know what to do with cow is an example, he told me it was from a gameplay in the prototype when Rayman had to turn around himself, throw a box, so it lands on an electric generator)
-A lot of the riding minigames codes were based on King Kong code
-There is an "ORC" in the top scores of each minigame of RRR, "ORC" was in fact a level designer for the proto, and he worked on KK, but then he got downgraded to playtesting, so he did crazy scores
-Minigames were poorly designed because the head office gave them designers that were sold as experts, but in fact they had just finished their degree
This is from the thread UnLockRay, page 53 in the forum Modding and Utilities.

Curious pictures I’m seeing here, especially pink, I wish they had used this design in the actual game, he looks...dareisayit....cute.

It was already on the wiki but here an anthor old design for Pink. (compared to the first Pink image.)

We can see that Pink was intended to be more cybernetic before wearing just a armor.

Thanks, btw I uploaded the old RRR commercial with ORC gameplay.
Jeuxvideo.com made an interview with Loïc Gounon. It's in French but says something about 75 minigames and 8 months of production (I do not speak French). Maybe this source is already known. The same portal contains the information about the versions of RRR (Xbox, PS3, PSP, GameCube, of course, this is not a 100% proof).

This image is the screenshot from the Xbox version of RRR played with an Xbox camera. This pink thing at the right appears when you don't have an ammo. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qkv1FlHribI&t=73s

I didn't play the mobile version but (after watching gameplay) I think it's unused. You can see the cut pig section in the trailer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9yyFh-iUn-Y
I just wonder about the origins of this image.

Usually, devs are changing the arrangement of characters for promotional graphics. Like in these cases.

A good find. This room with a furnace is not in the game.
