I agree with the above, it's hard to believe this was made with Game Maker when it looks so official.

Nice to see you around OCG! This is interesting also, I'll have to try it out.

I think this is patch is a great idea, it will definitely satisfy the people who prefer the original sprites of the cabin boys. :D
I haven't actually updated the game to the newest version myself though so I still have the older sprites..

Same here in fact.

I finally 100%ed my first save file! So I decided to delete it and try out Demise mode for a few stages. Turns out when you start you start with one hit point so any hit will kill you and most lives and power ups were indeed rigged like described. :P

It looks like codes don’t work in demise either. It really is a hellish game mode.

I’d probably just try for fun and completing the game in general. There’s NO WAY I could 100% the game in that mode. :P

RaYCiSS patch has been uploaded. Previous version did not restore gladiator sprite which was also changed in 1.1.0 update.
Well, with new version of the patch, this is fixed and gladiator also has old design:

I already experienced some of the pain, I can see myself continuing a bunch of times if I continued down this "demise" path. :P
