Well I can think of France, Switzerland, Italy, Austria. I would think Germany, Slovenia and Liechtenstein must count too, so that's seven here.

It is not Croatia, but rather Monaco, which Wikipedia states as country and Wikipedia is never wrong.

Either way, you get the point Hunch

How come Humch is in the scoreboard twice and Ray is there thrice?

As for the question, I have no idea, so I'll just guess he invented modern notation. :hap:

It's about goddamn time somebody noticed. I originally didn't notice myself that Ray was on the list twice but when I got that the mistake was done three questions prior and that nodoby noticed I decided to turn it into a feature.

As for your answer to the question, I'm afraid it's not it but I'm going to let you try again with a hint : Try to picture today's money-making music and the money-making music of the 1500s and see if you can find the major difference.

I'm afraid not. And since nobody else wants to at least try, I'll just drop the answer and move on.

Josquin Des Prés is the first to mix pagan and sacred music together, i.e. he is the first to blend instrument with voices. Before that, it was either choir or instrumental.
