I have no idea what the purpose of this topic is, but am I safe to assume this is a greeting topic?

I can't feckin' sleep. Well my guess here is it seems to be for greetings, compliments and valedictions.

(valedictions are closings, like farewell or goodnight etc.)

It's either that or a threat to RPC, which I highly doubt
