The first round of bets is CLOSED (19:45 UTC to 20:00 UTC). Default bet is 50 Tings.

The second round of bets is CLOSED (20:40 UTC to 20:55 UTC). Default bet is 100 Tings + 100 Tings on us.

There's a default bet amount for each round but you can explicitly specify a higher number if you like.

Near the end of the record there should be one session every hour, all independent from each other.

This is a change, nobody's betting.
