I am honestly scared for this game being taken down like these 2

Well the leaderboards did consist of scores beginning with 2147... in fairness, so I'm not surprised that they were taken down. Aside from that though, you never know is basically all anyone can answer, since it's true.

I personally don't see why they'd remove it, but I do much prefer playing the original version since you can get a legit Lums Race code for the HoF.

Rayman 2 for iOS has already been deleted. I don't know what will happen to Rayman 3 HD though, but I mean, I only play the PC version including the PS2 version both being the original versions (what I mean by this is that they're not remasters) since on those, like Steo said, you can submit a Lums Race code to the HoF. Another reason as to why I'm playing those versions is because I don't own the consoles on which I can play Rayman 3 HD, plus I don't really want to play that version also since I've already beated the game on PS2 (not on PC yet though I'm planning to beat the game om that version too to submit a better score to the Hall of Fame because frankly, I can't get quite as good scores on the PS2 version because I actually find it way easier to get better scores on the PC version).

You can play Rayman 3 HD on Dolphin, by injecting ICUP textures from HD version on GC version:

The diffrences may be gameplay, and quality of music.

The PC version does look pretty nice with Better Rayman 3, but the HD textures in Dolphin do look really nice, and the HD HUD is where you'd notice the difference a mile away.

Play PC offline versions; nothing ever gets removed.

They can't remove the data from your discs either.

On another note, is it normal that the ps3 version has fps issues?

It would be yeah, PS3 had fps drops in many games. I think the Xbox 360 was better for framerates, but it still suffered in certain games too.
