I'm only noticing this now, but I thought it was worth sharing:

Say, this may not be the right place for this (I'm a little out of touch) but uh
Did we just get shouted out at about a minute in?
At 1:05, the manual is called RayWiki. Rather fitting.

"But if the Wiki says it's true, how could it possibly be wrong?" No idea why I didn't watch that when iHeckler first posted it!

I actually never noticed this either, I must've just skipped over it when it was posted.

I don't know if this was posted before, but Nitro Rad mentioned the RayWiki in his Tonic Trouble review (min. 2:22):

I understand you went to doubt about the verification of Tonic Trouble being worked in the same engine as Rayman 2, but I wanted to say something that one of the users who worked in RayWiki is behaving in a very strange way to be honest...

It kinda sucks that we are only mentioned as "some wiki site" that doesn't cite its sources.
He's right though, a reference would have been helpful here. It should be all good now.

Yeah, I guess that makes the site look bad .
Thanks for adding the reference, hopefully someone will confirm if the source is correct.
Edit (1): just wanted to mention that one of RPC's affiliates, the Rayman Fanpage was also mentioned in this video (min. 3:13):
Edit (2): RPC is also mentioned in a Giant Bomb article:

That's cool! Though, I have no idea how this guy does his research, because our Rayman Junior article is the second result on Google for "Rayman Brain Games", and the first one for "Rayman Junior", a much more common name, and quite frankly, there's a fair bit of information about the game there, certainly much more than anywhere else on the internet.

I don't know if you're aware of this, but you and Boomboleros7 are cited as a source in this article from the french Wikipedia. The RayWiki is also mentioned in the references of several Rayman-related articles.

Well I guess we are famous too, now.
Though, really, wikis shouldn't reference other wikis but rather the original source. But hey, we're even a reference for Ubisoft now, so who cares.

The RayWiki was shown in this video (min. 5:41 & 7:32):
However, it seems that the screen was cropped.

That's a pretty cool video actually. I thought I knew my Rayman 2s, but it seems I didn't know the half of it! I wasn't aware Michel had said the Dreamcast version was the best – also lol at how this guy pronounced his name.

Hey I don't know if this is the right place to say this but I noticed an error on the Tonic Trouble page on the RayWiki. At the beginning of the page it states, "Tonic Trouble is a video game developed by Ubi Soft Montréal, initially to test the 3D engine used by Rayman 2." The part where it says it says that the game was initially used to test the 3D engine (OpenSpace) that was used in Rayman 2 isn't particularly true. There are no official sources out there that I found that say this. I can support my claim by a known YouTube content creator known as Nitro Rad. If you look at this clip of his video that I time stamped he also says the same thing that he couldn't find any legitimate source for this claim. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2jY6NQ-CmGs&t=141s

Yeah, this was pointed out before and a reference was added to the article (it is from L'Histoire de Rayman).

This info was known before that book came out though… Perhaps it was in the Making-Of video that came with Rayman Forever?

I have moved the messages to the "References to RayWiki" thread, since it's where the video was first mentioned. Like Elite said, a reference was added immediately afterwards, and the author of the video was notified, but he never cared to amend the video, being more prompt to point out other people's alleged mistakes than his own.

Was NitroRad notified about this? (did someone sent him a PM or tweeted at him?)
