Rayman Pirate-Community

There is a glitch in Rayman Revolution that gives you a first-person view. You will have to go through the door, in The Menhir Hills, where you meet Clark for the 3rd time. You will have to do something i can't remember. Press some button... i can't remember. In first-person mode, you can fly and go through walls. If you leave the level, you end up in "Orange world". You can reach areas that you couldn't reach before. You go back to normal if you shoot or jump. I've tried this two times.

That sounds like an interesting glitch.

It doesn't beat the Shock Rocket glitch in R3 though, whereby pressing the select button just before you receive a medallion would trigger a glitch. This glitch allows the SR to travel out of the current world, and into space

I once had a glitch where Rayman drowned in a puddle of water. It happened in Whale Bay, at the part where you are on the beach, about to free Carmen. The puddle underneath the bridge sucked Rayman in. ^_^

Are you talking about the pontoon on the beach?

Yeah. It only ever happened to me once.

The only glitches I came across in Revolution were a few sound ones, where say the helicopter sound wouldn't stop playing after I came out of pause; ones where I'd fall through the floor and into an abyss, and the odd freezing.

Yeah, freezing happened to me on several occasions. All of which were games that hadn't been saved :/

i had those exact problems. except i had to put up with the noise globox makes when doing the rain dance

Oh gawd, when I first had Rayman 2 on the Dreamcast and I got to the Canopy, Globox was doing his rain dance and my mum shouted "what's all that Indian?!" XD

Is it a bug or glitch that in Rayman DS, Rayman slips during the cimetic when you go on top of Umber's head?

I heard of it, though I've only played Rayman DS briefly on an emulator, and because it's so slow [still playable] and the controls suck, I don't think I got past of Woods of Light.

that happened to dreyfus. i think its a gltch, but there's a way to stop it.

i can't remember. look through some threads on rz and you'll find it somewhere. or if you ever see dreyfus, ask him, but i haven't seen him around for a while.

Well, i had a glitch on R2R. Happened to me only once.
When i entered the ''Teensies' Shop'' (my own name for Magic Well), i buyed a few powers. Then i went back to the other place, right? And then, Rayman entered the ''shop'' by HIMSELF, and:
1. The screen didn't go after him.
2. The only thing that i heard was the music.
3. I COULDN'T PAUSE!
4. The only thing i can did, was... <drums play>
5. ...reset the PS2.

The same thing happened to me in the cinematic where Clark was destroying pirates. It's a fairly common glitch I think.

yeah, it's a shame revolution was so glitchy.

But some of the glitches are cool. Like the one i mentioned in the first place. Youallsuck5000 has posted a video about it on Youtube.
