i guess everybody’s different when it comes to weight loss. I’ve tried 2-3 diets and 2 trainers so far and it usually ends with no real significant difference, and in some cases I actually gained a little.
I guess I just love eating too much to change that much. Tbh I’m afraid to go back and get my weight checked again.

The only way you'll really see any improvements is with lifestyle changes, but unfortunately that means making sacrifices such as giving up certain things you like eating. In reality, that's really the only way it will improve. You could spend a couple of hours in the gym, then go to Mc Donald's and eat about 5 Big Mac's, but then going to the gym was a waste of time and you're only kidding yourself.

It took three weeks to undo what one week of holiday festivities brought to my weight.
But alas, I'm finally back under 75kg.

My weight is about 54'1 kg (it equals 119,0496 lbs) according to the scale we have at home. That means that according to my height, I have a normal weight. That is, I am a physically thin person.

I finally got my weight checked recently. At least I’ve lost a few lbs but I’m nowhere near my target right now. I’m aware though that it will take time to lose a lot of lbs tbh.

I'm still about 10 stone (140lbs / 63kg), so not much has changed regarding my weight.
EDIT: I double checked and it's actually 10.3 Stone (144lbs). Still not much more than I thought though.

Last I checked, I was 11 stone 5 lb. People talk about putting on a "Covid Stone". In my case it's more like a half-stone, but I should keep an eye on it.

I've been trying to get more ripped for the last month or so and my weight is down to 58 kg at the moment. It's probably been years since I was this light (I must've lost some muscle too, though).

I did try to do some weight lifting for a couple of months back around 2015, but then for some reason I started putting it off. I'm amazed that I don't put on weight though when you consider my weight and all the beer. It's funny because people often blame beer for their weight and say they need to give it up or cut down, though that could be the fact that it usually makes people feel hungry.

I wish I could go back to weight lifting at the gym, but given how things are with this pandemic...not that I was too buff but I'd like to be less chubby.
