I've removed the PM notification because it gets on my nerves, but I'll bring back the global transactions

Why? I tink the notification is a good thing, it means you don't suddenly think "wtf? when did I get so many tings?"

By the way, I found an old backup of PC with the entire transaction list, which means nothing will be lost
