It is. In the R2 EXTRA soundtrack ( last part of the R2 soundtrack ).

i now, but that's whithout voices! i want the song then Ly speaks (in the dreamcast version)!

The DREAMCAST version is the intro in the normal R2 soundtrack.
The PC/PS2 version is that R2 Extra track.
The N64 version is... in the N64 R2 soundtrack. XD
And finally, the PS1 version, well... the speech isn't in the intro there.

What do you want, actually? Ly's gibberish voice, Ly's PS1 voice, the Dreamcast voice or no voice at all?

well, the PS1 voice, could be good...

If you can rip the version with Ly's PS1 voice, then i'll definitely put my 'Droolie is awesome!' text back on.
