Lalz : D
And it also doesn't snow much at all where I live. I lied.
The weather is harsh and wet and cold, but the Gulf-stream warms up the air so we don't have snow often, and when it does snow, it usually melts quite rapidly or it rains away, leaving us with wet slush all over the streets, and eventually it might freeze into slippery ice all over, which is no fun when you carry around on fragile instruments. I know a saxophonist who slipped on the ice and had his baritone-sax completely fucked up since the crate he was carrying it in smashed. D:>
I live on an island in the middle of the Gulf-stream though. It might snow more where Tobbe lives, since he lives on the mainland. But what do I know, I've only been to that area in the summer. [/uninteresting babbles]
Yeah, they do, which is a bit ridiculous, considering vikings have never worn hats with horns, nor has any other folk-group in our history, so lol. I don't know why people seem to think so though.Tings ffs wrote:They do sell them in those souvenire shops thouygh, don't they?Limely wrote:Hats with horns are also so yesterday.
It's like, if you see someone in such a hat it's obviously a foreigner... Or someone with a matryoshka or a long weird hat here too.

By the way, here in France we always wear berets and eat only baguettes, cheese, snails and frogs. And of course, we drink a lot of alcohol, especially wine (this statement happens to be true actually
).

LOL I hardly even drink normal tea. I drink herbals instead, but if that isn't there I'd go for a hot chocolate.

And Walmart beats Target's ass.
Actually, I'm more of a Super Target and Wendy's man myself...

I live in New York. The air is clean, the sky is always a shade of blue, and the grass is sometimes greener. And it's cold as hell in the winter. I mean, more colder than it usually is in other places.

Therefore, brothers, we have an obligation-but it is not to the sinful nature, to live according to it. For if you live according to the sinful nature, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live, because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. For if you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. And by him we cry, "Abba, Father." The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children. Now if we are children, then we are heirs, heirs of God and co-heirs of Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.

Yet New York City is MUCH different than New York itself.

Isn't that true for a relatively high percentage of the population?Phoenixan wrote:In America, we eat at McDonalds every day.
btw Limely it doesn't snow much here either. Trondheim is pretty close to the coast, and of course, it lies by the shores of Trondheimsfjorden.

I eat at home everyday. I don't really like McDonalds that much.
