Rayman Demos and Betas

Many topics have people discussing betas. So I decided that there should be just one topic for them. So I made this.
Betas:
Rayman 1:
Click here to download an early Atari Jaguar beta version of Rayman 1, found by Stan, I think
A video of this beta can be found
here.
Rayman 2:
Scans from a magazine, uploaded by Kelvin, showing some of the 2D beta version of Rayman 2:
...and here...
Video showing some of this 2D version of R2.
A level from this 2D R2 beta was included as a bonus in the PS1 version of R2.
Rayman 3:
A video, uploaded by Drolpiraat, of a Rayman 3 beta can be seen
here and
here.
Let me get this out of the way first:
I am perfectly aware that most of this is known to everone here already.
I just thought that there should be a topic about betas.

I think Ubi gave it away in a magazine or something. If anyone has it, could they upload...?

Isn't it against the Copy Right Act 1956 to scan magazines/books?

No more illegal than downloading games, which we will all admit we have indulged in at some point.
Yeah, it's probably illegal, but I don't think it'll go to court.
And
here's an R2 beta, 3D, obviously much later than the 2D one.

I got this demo in a magazine, but I'm not sure I could find it now.

If someone uploaded it, I don't think Ubi would mind. A demo of a six-year old game being pirated? So what?

Oh, the Rayman 3 BETA demo is already uploaded.

Follow this link, and download everything except Demotoons.zip ( Demotoons.zip contains the old demo of my game ).
You can extract it with Winzip...

I was recording a video of the Rayman Jaguar beta earlier today and I'm gonna make some edits before upping on Youtube. As I said before, it is possible to beat the Forgotten Swamps, and I discovered stuff like that the same Dream Forest music still plays even over Band Land levels.
Be prepared for my skanky southern English accent of a commentary.

Best not to record it tonight due to fireworks.

1. What program do you use?
2. Ask Droolie for checksum.

I wonder if the R2 2D beta will ever be leaked? It was in development for PS1 and Saturn, so presumably there is a 2D R2 PS1 beta ISO, and a 2D R2 Saturn beta ISO...it would be better if the PlayStation version would be leaked, as it would work with ePSXe, while Cassini is still a bit iffy.
I am, in fact, desperate for this beta to be leaked. But I don't know if it will happen...
Where did that collection of Jag betas, which included R1, get leaked from? Atari, probably, or else why would they all have been leaked at the same time? However, if those Jag betas were leaked from their respective developers, then gathered together and released or something, that means that betas are being leaked from Ubisoft...

The 2D R2 beta would be on a disc or a disk, not a cart. So that removes the problem of dumping...
...actually getting hold of the betas, now that is the problem...
And you said that there's a Forgotten Forest level in the R1 Jag beta? That's interesting, as there's a Forgotten Forest world in R3 GBA!

And Wikipedia said The Summit Beyond the Clouds's name was "recycled" from the original game...perhaps it's the beta name of Mr Stone's Peaks...?

I'm sure I said Forgetten Swamps, not Forgotten Forest. o.0
Did a little more research, and remember the old Atari Jaguar ads for Rayman? They use screenshots from the demo, which from now on I call Nova. And those pics of Skops being in the Dream Forest etc? This beta could be the one.
