Congrats Elite! For sure, let's do freestyle for now, and then we'll see whether a theme appears to draw more interest than others.

I'm afraid that entry is too tall, it's 474 pixels in height whereas it must be ≤285 pixels.

I'm open to suggestions for changes, but I think this is the best way to make sure themes will actually excite people and get entries…Themed contests will be run at most once every three months. In the run-up to the beginning of a scheduled themed contest, themes may be suggested. A theme can be chosen only if it has expressions of interest from three eligible participants (i.e. support from someone who has just won two contests in a row doesn't count). If a theme fails to garner the required support before the official start date, then the contest defaults to Freestyle and the choice of theme is deferred to the next month.

Yeah, I think having that rule will reduce the number of SOTM fiascos in the future.
