I think because he's black (excuse me, TAN) is a big reason why he should be careful. There are some crazy raciest assassins out there. And organizations.

The Secret Service has to stay on their toes. Racist organizations and hate groups...they've been against common black people for a long time, and I doubt they're going to ignore a black president. (Not only because it's a big goal, though It'd make a big statement about them too)

They'll either be released or properly trialed, obviously.

I personally think the death penalty should be resurrected. Then prisons wouldn't be so crammed and it would deter future criminals.

Didn't you use to think death penalties were bad, and shouldn't ever be used, no matter what? Cause we don't have the right to send terrible people to their death?

I think that cruel and unusual punishments should be implemented.

For example: being forced to listen to Barney the Dinosaur's theme music 24 hours a day for the rest of your life would be a good punishment for a child molester.

This, however, is the complete opposite. Whenever I make a joke, I either use an exclamation mark or a smiley of some kind... I see no reason why anyone would think I was being sarcastic.
