Not really, but sometimes I do like to have a snack to keep me going.
When I feel emotional I either go for a soothing walk (which is especially effective when the weather is cold), or to bed.

Comfort eat? Hmmm... Well, I like eating... SO, if I'm sad, I may say FUCK THIS IM HUNGRY or something, but I'd probaly just start thinking, and then just bleh. Then eat. I dunno.

If I'm sad/angry, I get completely put off food, sometimes even for days. I tend to smash things up and swear instead

I'm more-so a bored eater, but french fries are an odd comfort food of mine at times. Especially with mayonnaise or malt vinegar.
Fry sauce (a Utah thing, generally) will sometimes due.
