There is a significant difference between 'a lot' and 'most'.
There are a lot of stars in the Milky Way. Still, the number of stars in our galaxy is just a tiny fraction of the total number of stars in the Universe.

I don't think it's correct to say everyone who watches porn, extreme or otherwise, has mental difficulties. Everybody has sex urges, that's something that comes naturally. Those who watch porn excessively could then be classed as such, but most don't fall under that category.

Very correct. Although, what about child porn ? I think someone would have bad mental conditions to watch that.

How the fuck watching/liking extreme porn can be natural? It's just disgusting, better jack off to a wall than that.
I mean, who are the people who watch it? Straight? Homosexual? If they were either, they'd enjoy regular porn then, wouldn't they (not that I find gay porn/sex to be normal, but let's say it's normal for homosexuals... maybe; at least it's better than stabbing a dog). Is it possible to classify them? Personally I can't, so I believe they
do have mental problems.

Sexual groups? What exactly do you mean? Homosexual, straight, bi? Well, I think that extreme porn would be disgusting to anyone from those groups who has a non-sick mind. Okay. I thought it just meant a more vile form of normal sex. Like using tongues in obscene places.
But it's still questionable as to whether somebody is mentally ill for liking such things. There is obviously some disfunction in the mind, but how does that make those people different to homosexuals? Both are common in that both take different sexual interests.

Yeah if somebody watches this stuff for sheer enjoyment without any sexual feelings then that person would, definitely, be categorised as mentally unstable. But I was not assuming that.
