If anything, my MOST favorite character in Star Wars™ is Darth Vader™.

I mean, sure he's OK in the prequels. But a little too whiny, and his reasons for turning to the Darkside™, killing children, and choking his pregnant wife aren't tragic enough. Maybe The Emperor™ was manipulating him a little, but other than that, his reasons were:

Being held back or not treated as he thinks he should by Obi-Wan™.
His mother dieing. (yeah, that's sad......but several men, women and children being slaughtered is even sadder.)
Being confused with his love for Padme™.
Having visions of Padme™ dieing while giving birth the his children.
Thinking the Jedi™ aren't giving him the respect he deserves.

......

I'm sure that's all. I could be be missing some. But regardless, he's a wussy when he's Anakin™.

It was the emperors plan to turn Anakin to the darkside so he can rule the universe etc. etc. But I don't see how that makes him a wussy.

Yeah but that doesn't mean I understand it all.

Have you seen the prequels? If not, you should watch them in order to understand.

But be sure to be VERY open minded or in the right mood when Jar-Jar Binks™ first appears. He's actually a little funny.

I've watched ALL 6 Star Wars movies and completed KOTOR 1 & 2. Jar Jar gets plain annoying after a while.

Yeah, they're pretty good. Darth Vader is one of the coolest characters ever.

Datrh Wiader (a.k.a. Lord Helmetophone) is even better...

C'mon, Count Dookoo and Boba Fett (or Jango Fett) are awesome aswell!

The only Star Wars thing I ever quite enjoyed was the demo of this old PC game where Jar Jar is in a market and you had to point and click at things he wanted to buy...I dunno this was donkeys years ago.

Darth Vader and R2-D2 are the best
