BYOND, or Build Your Own Net Dream is a software suite designed for creating and playing online and network games. The graphics are 2D tiled and are easy to make. The programming aspect is easy to learn and very powerful, being able to create almost anything. The interface design has easy to use drag-and-drop aspects to places objects all across a window and is easy to collaborate with the programming. The community is an intelligent one and you will find yourself with heaps of assistance and help upon entering it.

I do not work for BYOND, I'm only a developer in their public scope. And seeing as they need all the members they can get, I'd like to introduce you to them.
