It was from some retard that posted a picture of Master Chief from Halo on 4chan and put "i think halo is a pretty cool guy. eh shoots aliens and doesn't afraid of anything".

I think you'll find, that many, MANY memes originate from fucked up English, like "how do I shot web" for example.
