hey im new, downloaded raytunes, and it doesnt work, dont the firewall and all that, but it still doesnt work :@ help plz?

You're using the Mozilla Firefox browser I presume? Well downloading them by just clicking has been buggy in that browser for a while, so you need to right click and choose "save link as" of if you're on IE, "save target as".

The program is obsolete, but as far as I tell the new web interface has all the same features and more.
