Only one - Boss in Braid, Mind-blowing surprise...

I don't know if Runescape count's, but this boss just came out 2 day's ago with the Dungeoneering update.

Has anyone noticed that most of these lists have bosses from a single series?

Yeah, that Omar is really tricky. Especially when he keeps teleporting from one to the other place and switch from ice to fire attack and you keep nheeed to hurry up with your time limited weapon. But overall he is really cool and one of my favourite end boss battle, although it took me million tries to beat him! ^^

Hm, this will require some thought... -Whaddaya know! The only two bosses from this list that are even a part of the same franchise are two Rayman bosses, and vastly different ones at that. Well, there's Paper Mario and Super Mario 64 which are both Mario games... but come on, that franchise is so varied and comprises like 49,000 games. I declare my list the best and most varied in this entire thread so far.

Dark Bowser - Bowser's Inside Story

Megatron/Optimus - Fall of Cybertron

Dracula? As in Castlevania?

Yes, of course. I don't know any other game besides Castlevania franchise that has him as boss.
